Accident Case<\/strong><\/p>

In the event of an accident, the hirer is responsible for paying the accident penalty, which is the excess amount of the insurance coverage. The excess amount is determined based on the vehicle\u2019s value, as follows:<\/p>

  • 1. For vehicles valued up to 100,000 AED: 1,500 AED<\/li>
  • 2. For vehicles valued between 100,001 AED and 300,000 AED: 2,500 AED<\/span><\/li>
  • 3. For vehicles valued between 300,001 AED and 500,000 AED: 3,500 AED<\/span><\/li>
  • 4. For vehicles valued above 500,001 AED: 4,500 AED<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
    • The maximum excess amount is capped at 10,000 AED. Additionally, the hirer will be charged a daily rental fee until the vehicle is repaired.<\/li><\/ul>

      In the case of a “TOTAL LOSS” (where the vehicle is damaged beyond economical repair), the hirer agrees to pay the company 30% of the vehicle’s total insured value, in addition to the accident penalty.<\/p>

      All vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance as per UAE law. However, a Police Report is mandatory for all accidents.<\/p>

      Insurance Regulations<\/strong><\/p>

      The vehicle is strictly for use within the UAE. If an accident occurs outside UAE jurisdiction, the hirer is fully responsible for the repair expenses from the service agency, as well as any rental loss incurred during the repair period.<\/p>

      Age Limit and License:<\/strong><\/p>

      If the driver is aged between 21 and 25 years, the hirer is required to pay an additional 10% of the claim amount, along with the excess amount.<\/p>

      Insurance coverage is only valid for drivers over 21 years old and with a driving license that has been held for more than six months. If an accident occurs involving a driver who does not meet these criteria, the hirer will be responsible for all repair costs, including the daily rental fee for the vehicle until it is repaired and available for rent.<\/p>

      Charges and Fees:<\/strong><\/p>

      A service charge of AED 10 will be applied to each fine or penalty imposed by the RTA, police, municipal authorities, or any other competent authority during the hire period. Additionally, Salik charges will be applied at AED 5 per crossing.<\/p>

      If no prior agreement is made regarding a weekly or monthly rate, the charges will be calculated at the daily rate.<\/p>

      Alcohol\/ Drug abuse:<\/strong><\/p>

      If an accident occurs due to the driver being under the influence of alcohol or any substance with similar effects, the driver will be required to provide full compensation for any losses or damages to the vehicle. The driver will also be fully responsible before the relevant authorities.<\/p>

      Technical\/ Mechanical Trouble<\/strong><\/p>

      In the event of any technical or mechanical issues with the vehicle, the hirer must inform us immediately. The hirer is not permitted to make any repairs to the vehicle. The hirer is responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition it was rented. If any mechanical or technical problems arise due to the hirer’s misuse of the vehicle, the hirer will be liable for the cost of repairs by the agency, as well as the daily rental fee until the vehicle is repaired and ready for use.<\/p>

      Misuse\/ Off Road Use<\/strong><\/p>

      The hirer must not use the vehicle for off-road driving, races, rallies, or competitions and will be held responsible for any penalties and damages resulting from such activities. The vehicle cannot be subleased; only the hirer or the additional driver is permitted to drive it. Furthermore, the hirer agrees not to transport any prohibited items within the UAE using the vehicle.<\/p>

      Lost and Found<\/strong><\/p>

      We will not be responsible for any cash or valuable belongings left or lost inside the vehicle while it was in the possession of hirer. However, as a good customer service policy we keep a record of lost and found.<\/p>

      Milage Usage<\/strong><\/p>

      The hirer is allowed to drive up to 350 km per day and 5,000 km per month. Any distance exceeding these limits will be charged at 0.5 AED per additional kilometer.<\/p>

      One day of hire is defined as 24 hours, and one month of hire is considered 30 days. Any delay of more than one hour will be charged as a full additional day.<\/p>

      Extension of Term of Hire<\/strong><\/p>

      The term of hire cannot be extended beyond the decided time. We have \u00a0complete right to stop the engine of car in case of delay in returning the car by the hirer or in case the hirer is not reachable on phone.<\/p>

      Office Timings<\/strong><\/p>

      The vehicle can be returned from 9 am to 1 pm and from 5 pm to 10 pm From Saturday to Thursday. Excessive charges of AED 200 will apply if the vehicle is returned on Friday or any other Public Holiday.<\/p>

      Returning the vehicle<\/strong><\/p>

      The vehicle can be returned to our office within the timings mentioned above. If you want the vehicle to be picked from you, please call our office two hours before the time of pick up.<\/p>

      Delivery and pick up<\/strong><\/p>

      Delivery and pick up is free within a vicinity of 60km from Dubai International Airport. An extra charge of 200 per trip is applicable otherwise.<\/p>
